Decades before we were even in the staffing business, we were learning the ins and outs of the business, consulting with companies in engineering, project management, and well-site supervision. As we grew alongside our clients, they began to request that we use our expertise to help them staff their growing businesses. 

Since then, we expanded to more industries, and help consult oil and gas companies in countries around the globe. The industries we serve now include oil/gas, energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, industrial, construction, and medical.

However, NTG is definitely not just a staffing company. New Tech Global Ventures is a recognized leader in project management and consultancy in the oil and gas industry. At the same time, New Tech Global Environmental specializes in integrating environmental solutions to meet regulatory requirements, manage liabilities, and minimize the costs of projects.

We also have a branch, New Tech Global Safety Services, that works particularly in providing safety program development and management, including site safety consultants, incident investigation, classroom-based training, and others. As part of our name, “global”, we are proud of New Tech International which gives us the opportunity to direct-hire personnel and consultancy services for international oil and gas operations.

We are a full-service staffing company. We provide opportunities for temporary and full-time positions, as well as direct placement and contract work.
