Overview
- Assist in all pre-employment administration as well as create and maintain all employee personnel files.
- Prepare new hire orientation packets, maintain and update existing materials, coordinate orientation schedules, and perform benefit orientations.
- Answer questions and provide follow-up for employees regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help with internal and external administrative employee issues.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a clerical support role, previous HR experience is a plus
